Prior to her position with GCC, Jennifer served as Director of Sales Performance at Fusion Learning for almost 5 years, where she was responsible for new client acquisition and key account management. She has also worked as an Account Executive at Yahoo! HotJobs in Toronto, Canada selling online media to Human Resource professionals.

During her collegiate career, Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Studies and French as well as Bachelor of Education degree in International Curriculum from Queen's University. She also serves on the Board of Directors for Camp Oconto, which is a family owned, private girls' camp. In addition, Jennifer was recently elected to the Board of Directors of the Ontario Healthy Workplace Coalition.
